What are the delivery methods for France or Europe?

Deliveries in France and Europe are handled by Collissimo, a postal service.
For international deliveries the parcel is passed on to the national postal service in the country of destination. Orders require a signature to acknowledge receipt upon delivery. If no person is available to accept delivery, our couriers will contact you on the number provided on the order form and you can organise to either leave the parcel with a neighbour or somewhere safe nearby. If this is not possible then the parcel will be left at the post office.
Each parcel delivered in France, and internationally is insured against any loss or damage incurred during transit. Any breakages, damages or discrepancies with your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We recomand that you check each parcel before signing any delivery papers.

What about deliveries outside Europe?

For shipments outside Europe, deliveries are handled by Collissimo International.

What are the delivery costs ?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your shopping basket and appearin the total to pay.
The amount depends on the products of your order, the delivery area and the chosen service.
For deliveries outside the European Union, French VAT is not applied.
Customs charges may be requested upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is the lead time?

We process orders during business days (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm).
Delivery is provided by the Collissimo or chronopost postal service. The lead time depends on the delivery address.

Can I track my package?

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed.
You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.
Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
If, however, your package does not reach you after a period of 10 working days after the dispatch, or for any other problem related to the delivery and / or the good reception of your product, we invite you to contact us at following address: bonjour@ibkki.com

What if my package is damaged?

Each package delivered in France and internationally is insured in case of loss or damage.
Conformity of the goods must be checked at the time of delivery. Any anomalies found (open package, breakages,..) must be indicated in writing, if possible on the delivery note, accompanied by your signature. You must then contact our Customer Service by email.
Please note that any anomalies found after signing the register is no longer our responsability.
We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

RETURNS

I am not satisfied with the product purchased; how can I return it?

We aim to provide you with high quality products that you like. However, if you are not satisfied withthe item you ordered, you have a period of 14 days, from receipt of the parcel, to return it. (See Article Cancellation in Terms and Conditions)

Return procedure:

  • Send the cancellation form to bonjour@ibkki.com. (Download the form).
  • You will receive an email confirming we have received the form and are processing your request.
  • The return is made by mail to our logistics centre at La Courneuve (full address on your return form). Return costs are your responsibility. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. Damaged or incomplete items can not be accepted and will be returned to you as is, at your expense. We strongly recommend sending your package by registered mail otherwise loss of products during transport can not be considered.
  • On reception of the parcel by ibkki.com, a confirmation email will be sent to you, notifying you that we have accepted your refund (see Article 10 Cancellation). You will receive the refund in no later than 14 days.
